Refund & Return Policy
We stand behind the POLARDIP Cold Plunge Tub with a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If you're not satisfied for any reason, you can return your order within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.
Return Eligibility
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be clean, drained, dry, and returned in their original packaging with all included accessories (thermal lid, filter bag, and any bundle items).
- Products that are damaged through misuse, modified, or missing components may be subject to a partial refund.
How to Start a Return
- Email support@getpolardip.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Our team will reply within 24 hours with your Return Authorization and the return address. Please do not ship a return without a Return Authorization — unauthorized returns cannot be processed.
- Ship the item back using a tracked service and share the tracking number with us.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you and issue your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except for defective, damaged, or incorrect items, where we cover return shipping in full.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us at support@getpolardip.com within 7 days of delivery with photos or video of the issue. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice — at no cost to you. Manufacturing defects are also covered by our 2-Year Warranty (see our Warranty page).
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order free of charge at any time before it ships. Once an order has shipped, it falls under the standard return process above.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, first check with your bank or card provider, as processing times vary. If it still hasn't arrived, contact us at support@getpolardip.com and we will resolve it.
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable statutory rights you may have under the consumer protection laws of your country or state.
